To ensure the integrity and quality of your images, we do not offer preview galleries prior to final selection. Instead, we work closely with you during the intake consultation and the shoot to capture your vision, and then deliver fully edited, high-resolution images. This approach ensures that you receive only the best, professionally curated images that meet your expectations

9. Do you offer retouching or editing services?
Yes, all our images undergo professional retouching to enhance quality, color accuracy, which is included in the session price. We aim to keep edits natural and aligned with your vision, ensuring polished results without losing authenticity.

10. How far in advance should I book a session?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. For real estate listings, a lead time of one week helps us prepare for comprehensive shoots. For portraits, branding, and headshots, booking 2-3 weeks in advance gives us time to meet for a quick consultation to plan every detail.

11. Do you travel for shoots outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area?
Yes, we can travel for shoots outside of DFW. Travel fees may apply, depending on the location, and we can discuss details during the booking process.

12. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session to avoid any fees. For real estate shoots, we recommend at least a 72-hour notice due to the preparation involved.

Booking is easy! You can use our website’s booking feature to view available dates and secure your intake consultation.

After the consultation, you will receive an email to sign a contract and make your deposit to lock in your session date.

After booking your intake consultation, we’ll have a conversation to understand your vision, style preferences, and any specific requirements for your session.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive an email with a contract, invoice, and instructions to make a deposit. This deposit secures your session date and time.
Once completed, we’ll send you a session prep guide to help you get ready, along with a reminder email or text a few days before your session to ensure everything is set for an exceptional experience.
